If you go to the Windows settings page and click "About" you can find your CPU and RAM. If you go to Display and click "Advanced display settings" you can find your graphics hardware.

Some games run better or worse than others, that's just a fact of emulation, especially for newer systems like the Xbox series. From what I can find, Call of Duty: Black Ops for Xbox 360 has yet to be rated "playable" on Xenia, so it might just be an issue with the emulator and that particular game. If you go here you can see a list of which games are playable or not on Xenia as well as any specific issues with each game:

said im not sure.. ik what u meant.. but ok im just gunna assume its that even tho it never has been an issue with literally anything else ;-;
