The Beetle Saturn core is probably the best quality core for Saturn, and that one needs a BIOS which you can get here:

The Yaba Sanshiro core is outdated and does not receive updates.

I don't know which games are giving you issue, so I can't test them myself, but I tried four popular games (Spyro, Tomb Raider, Tony Hawk and Symphony of the Night) and they all worked fine with Swanstation. I don't have a Fire Stick to try them on, though, so it might be an issue with that.

Yeah all my games are unzipped. I installed a number of BIOS files since I wasn't sure which would work on the PS1 side. I have a number of games that load just fine. I get Sony logo and then just goes straight to that memory card screen. That why it's so confusing. If I have 60 games 20 give me that error with the memory card screen. Or the other error where it says system failed to boot.

As far as Sega Saturn, I didn't download any bios as I didn't read anywhere that Sega Saturn needed BIOS.
